Are you Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified?
Yes. We follow the Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and are certified ISO 22716:2007 that gives guidelines for the production, control, storage and shipment of cosmetic products.
What are your core competencies?
We are a world leader and experts in the development and production of organic and 100% natural origin cosmetics products, makeup, nutritional supplements, all made in France. With Visioderm Pro Connect (also made in France) a new generation in smart-skin analysis we now have expert knowledge to provide a comprehensive and personalized diagnostic of skin health.
Can I request product samples?
Yes. You can request product samples. If you would like to order some samples or discuss our available products, please email or call us.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the formula chosen, but the guiding principles for the minimum orders of quantity are:
Cosmetics: It depends, but average quantities are 100kg
Makeup :
Gloss, lipstick and eyeshadow, loose powder: 1000 units
Mascara: 3500 units
Eyeliner: 1500 units
Assumes standard packaging
Nutritional supplements: Complex formula: 100,000 capsules/tablets, or for example one plant formula: 30,000 capsules. If using PHYT’S formula: contact us.
Can I visit your production facilities?
Yes. Our partners and customers are welcome to visit our facility. We are located in France, north of Toulouse. If you are in the area and would like to schedule a visit, please contact us.
How many years’ experiences do you have in your field?
We have 50 years of experience in the cosmetic industry and are a recognized partner in the formulation, manufacturing, filling, and assembly of organic and 100% natural origin cosmetics products and 30 years’ experience in developing nutritional supplements.
Where are your products sold?
Our products are sold all over the world. Due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot disclose the names of our partners without their express permission. We will extend this same discretion to you.
What type of businesses do you generally service?
We work with well-established brands, up-and-coming businesses, spas, and salons, renowned companies, doctors’ offices, private individuals, and other cosmetic professionals.
What is the lead time for an order?

It depends on the products you want, but the guiding principles are:
Cosmetics and makeup:
New product development +/- 1 year.
Existing formula/re-order 3-4 months.
Nutritional supplements:
New formula 10 months.
Existing formula: 4 months.

Where are formulas done?
All our products are made in France.
Do you develop natural or organic products?
Yes. We mostly develop 100% natural origin and certified organic products. This is what makes PHYT’S Production unique.
What does PHYT’S Production use?
We use certified organic ingredients, 100% natural origin ingredients, minerals (Calcium, Iron, Magnesium), Vitamins B, C, E & PP, and 100% pure essential oils.
What does PHYT’S Production not use?
We don’t use synthetic fragrances, synthetic ingredients, synthetic stabilizers, synthetic preservatives, petrochemicals, animal products, GMO’s (Genetically Modified Organisms).
Do you provide test on animals?
No
Are synthetic coloring agents being used?
No
Do you use parabens in your formulas?
No. all our products are paraben-free.
Are Polyethylene glycols (PEGs) used?
No
Are phenoxyethanol used?

Do you develop Halal products?
Yes. We develop Halal products.
Do you use palm oil?
We use organic palm oil that is certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).
Do you have stock formulations?
Yes. We have a wide range of stock formulations for you to choose from.
Can I replicate an established cosmetic or nutritional supplement product?
Yes. Our research and development department can use a benchmark to develop a similar formula.
What is the time frame for the development of a custom formula?
It depends on the products you want, but the guiding principles are +/- 1 year for cosmetics and 10 months for nutritional supplements.
Production
Is the manufacturing and filling done in France?
Yes. We manufacture and fill all our products in France. Clients are welcomed to visit the site on request.
What types of containers can you fill?
We can fill almost any type of container or packaging: bottles, pumps, sprayers, bulbs, droppers, jars, tubes, and more.
Do you produce samples?
Yes. We have pocket samples.
Can I supply raw materials?
It depends on the materials provided. PHYT’S Production only accepts active ingredients or fragrances specific to your brand.
Packaging & Design
Do you supply packaging?
Yes. We offer a wide range of primary and secondary packaging
What types of packaging do you offer?
We offer bottle pumps, sprayers, vials, droppers, jars, tubes, and more. We can make them in any size, material, and shape you need.
Can I supply my own product packaging?
Yes.
Can I supply and create my own labels?
Yes. We just need to make sure that they fit the requirements for the selected packaging.
Do you use Recycled packaging?
Yes.
Regulatory
Do you perform Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR) or Product Information Files (PIF)?
Yes. Upon request, we carry out the Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) or/and the product information file (PIF) for your formula.
Shipping
Can you organize the shipping?
Yes. We work with the free carrier (Incoterm) FCA Caillac and support our partners every step of the way in the shipping organization.
Do you supply export boxes?
Yes. We supply standard export boxes.
